Scandinavia is an important market for us. Our customers and partners in the region will play a key role in our ongoing success here, and throughout Europe as demand continues to increase for our range of attractive and easy to use in home displays. Our goal in being active participants at Smart Metering Scandinavia 2010 and other European conferences over the last 12 months has been to demonstrate our commitment to the regions utilities and support our partners such as Develco, Echelon, Kamstrup, Itron and their partners Telvent, Eltel and Gorlitz in their promotion of Smart metering services and products.
 
At the event we launched our new  smart black ‘kr’ Kroner currency Solo display to answer the request of the Scandinavian consumers. It joins our existing pedigree range of stylish and attractive designs – from our low-cost Minim to our high end ‘touch screen’ devices and on line web components, the regions utilities can be confident that these displays are what their customers want in their homes. All of our easy to use attractive displays are designed with the engagement of the end consumer in mind and will be at home in any Scandinavian home. Utilities in the region are keen to get to know their customers better and see that by ‘making energy visible’ by introduction of displays is one way of helping individuals to understand their energy usage and make them more aware. The displays can work with electricity and gas meters, with water available later in 2010.
