The service can be accessed from an Internet-connected computer, tablet (e.g. iPad) or smartphone using a modern browser. EnergyNote provides a graphical representation of real-time energy usage as well as an analysis of the historical data reported by the in-home display and smart plugs, covering energy consumption in energy units (kWh), kg CO₂ or your currency, consumption compared to budget and secure login using assigned credentials. In addition, you can operate the appliances by controlling smart plugs remotely using the service.
As the service is based on HTML5 web standards, there are no separate apps to download to view from a smartphone and the service works with modern browsers on all of the major computing and smartphone platforms.
