Green Energy Options

Based in Cambridge (UK) and Potsdam (Germany) Green Energy Options (GEO) specialise in the design and manufacture of energy management display systems for the domestic and commercial market in the UK and six other European countries. GEO has grown since its creation in 2006 and is now one of the leading display manufacturers having sold over 1,200,000 products. Boasting two volume supply chains, 8 trials running across Europe and with over £500,000 invested in market research, the company is set to continue its substantial growth.

GEO have the widest range of display monitors in the industry using 4 communication technologies and supported by web and mobile applications. The display solutions can be retrofitted onto current energy meters (electricity and gas) using a range of additional appliance and temperature sensors.  Our displays have also been integrated with several smart meters from a wide range of manufacturers.

GEO take pride in helping to develop the market and introducing new ideas and innovative approaches while maintaining a strong focus on making energy visible. 

Our objective

Our objective is to capture people’s interest in homes, schools and businesses and make understanding energy engaging!  We do this by making energy visible giving users easy to understand information and control over their energy consumption (and shortly, water too).
